How do I get the keys?
If you provided an Australian mobile number when you completed the rental agreement, the keysafe code will be SMSd to you the morning of your arrival. Alternatively, the code will be emailed to you.
I would like a late departure or early arrival?
If the property is free before your arrival or after your departure, we will try to accommodate early arrivals and late departures at no cost. Ensure you enter your preferred arrival and departure times when you complete the rental agreement.
Do you accommodate pets?
Sorry, we don't accommodate pets.
Can we use your stuff?
Absolutely! It's all there to be used. Wet suits, fishing rods, cricket set, tennis racquets, etc. Please use it all.
Is linen provided?
We don't directly provide linen, however we can arrange it for you through Sea Breeze Services. They will even make the beds. Your linen requirements can be entered at the time of your booking or when completing the rental agreement.
What about doona covers?
We provide the doona covers and doonas.
Why the extra charges?
We rent the whole property. The rental price is the same for 1 or 6 guests. The whole property is cleaned after every stay. Both bathrooms, all bed rooms, both living areas, etc. Basically, we provide the property and you can decide what level of service you want. Providing your own linen and making your own beds can keep your costs down, or you can pay the extra fees and get the full service. We don't profit from linen or cleaning. How do I avoid credit card fees?
We all hate paying bank fees! In accordance with with Australian laws, we do not profit from bank fees. We charge you exactly what we are charged. If you would like to avoid credit card fees please pay via Direct Deposit or, better still, pay via PayID. Most banks now offer PayID and the funds transfer in seconds. Check the bottom of your invoice for bant account details or use PayID 0431051017 (our mobile number).
What is required to reserve a home?
Just fill make a booking, complete the rental agreement (emailed separately), pay the invoice and pay the $200 refundable bond prior to arrival.
What is required to sign a rental agreement?
The rental agreement is completed online and can be 'signed' by clicking a button.
What type of payment do you accept?
Credit card, Paypal, band deposit and Crypto currencies.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If you have booked through a booking site you will be subject to their cancellation policy. If you booked through us you will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your stay, and then 50% refund if less than 30 days notice. If your dates are subsequently booked, you will receive a refund for the booked dates.
